Terms & Conditions Javtogel — Platform Rules & Policies for Malaysian Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by javtogel ("Platform" or "javtogel"). By accessing or using any part of the javtogel Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using the javtogel Platform immediately and do not create an account. Continued use of the javtogel Platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Javtogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent amendment will always be displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

To use javtogel's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration. Javtogel reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account that fails to verify sufficient age.
• Is a real individual (not a company or automated bot) acting on their own behalf.
• Not appearing on any gambling exclusion list or being enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme.
• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.

Each individual is only permitted one (1) javtogel account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and further action being taken.

Your javtogel account is strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your javtogel account username and password secure at all times.
• All activity and transactions that occur in your account, whether carried out by you or not.
• Ensure there is no unauthorised access to your account, especially when using shared devices.
• Keep your personal information on javtogel up to date whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and email address.

If you suspect that your javtogel account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the javtogel support team immediately via live chat or by email at support@javtogel.asia. Javtogel shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Javtogel supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players only:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow QR, DuitNow Transfer
• Internet Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, and all major Malaysian banks that support FPX

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. Successful deposits are credited to your javtogel account balance instantly. javtogel does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via the methods listed above.

Javtogel reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any deposit or withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a copy of your national ID (MyKad) and a screenshot of your bank account or eWallet details.

Javtogel players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed the required identity verification (KYC) process.
• There are no active unresolved bets at the time of the withdrawal request.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements (rollover) have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit at javtogel. Processing times are as follows:

• eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 5 to 15 minutes
• DuitNow Transfer: 15 minutes to 1 hour
• FPX Internet Banking / Bank Transfer: 1 to 24 hours depending on bank operating hours

Javtogel reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, javtogel will notify the player within 24 hours and may request additional documents to support the decision.

Javtogel offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, special lottery promotions, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, and those terms override the general terms in this section in the event of any conflict.

General terms applicable to all javtogel bonuses:

• Each promotion may only be claimed one time only unless otherwise clearly stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before a withdrawal is permitted. This requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Accounts found to have been used for bonus abuse will be subject to action including bonus cancellation and javtogel account suspension.
• Javtogel reserves the right to reclaim any bonus granted in error or obtained through fraudulent means.

All bets placed through the javtogel platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets confirmed by the javtogel system are final and non-reversible by players unless under the circumstances specified in this policy.
• Any bet placed after the official sales closing time for a match or event is automatically void and the amount will be returned to your account balance.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply, even if the odds subsequently change.
• The minimum bet is RM5 for most markets, with maximum bet limits varying depending on the sport type and market selected.
• Javtogel reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any player at any time without providing a reason.

For in-play betting at javtogel:

• In-play odds are updated in real time and may change within seconds. Bets are processed at the odds in effect at the time of system confirmation.
• If the javtogel system experiences a technical disruption during a live match, javtogel reserves the right to cancel any affected in-play bets and refund the amounts to players' accounts.
• The Cash Out feature is available on selected bets, and the Cash Out value is calculated based on real-time odds. javtogel reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Cash Out feature during match data disruptions.

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed beyond the specified time limit, or settled in a manner different from what was anticipated, javtogel will make a decision in accordance with the relevant sports settlement policy, which is provided separately within the platform.

For lottery games available on javtogel, including 4D, 6D, Toto 6/52, Toto Power 6/55, and other lottery formats:

• Confirmed lottery tickets cannot be cancelled or amended once the sales closing time has passed.
• Draw results are based on official draws conducted by the relevant authority. Javtogel does not control or influence the outcome of these draws.
• Lottery winnings are automatically credited to your javtogel account within 30 minutes of the official draw results being released and verified by the javtogel system.
• The minimum stake is RM1 for most lottery formats.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the results displayed on the javtogel platform and the official draw results, the official results shall prevail for the settlement of all tickets.

Javtogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account without prior notice if:

• Fraud, suspected money laundering, or other illegal activity has been detected.
• Player found to be holding multiple javtogel accounts.
• The registration information provided is false or cannot be verified.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions has been detected.
• The player is confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• The account is linked to activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

If your account is suspended for legitimate reasons beyond your control, the remaining net balance (after deducting any bonus with unmet rollover requirements) will be returned to you once the investigation is concluded. Javtogel will notify you via your registered email within 48 hours of the final decision.

You may also request voluntary closure of your javtogel account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email.

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit limit for your chosen period.

• Temporary Break: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Choose to be permanently or long-term excluded from the javtogel platform.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in statistical information or match data provided by third-party suppliers used within the javtogel platform.

Javtogel provides this Platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or continuous availability of this service.

Javtogel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the javtogel platform. For material or significant changes, javtogel will endeavour to notify players via in-platform notifications or their registered email.

It is your responsibility as a javtogel user to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the javtogel platform following any amendments constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the javtogel Platform shall first be referred to voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If any dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration or the appropriate court jurisdiction in Malaysia in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
